Daisy & Co Medical Aesthetics – Skin Subscription Club Terms & Conditions
1. Subscription Commitment & Cancellation Policy
By enrolling in the Skin Subscription Club, you agree to commit to the full duration of your chosen treatment plan.
If you decide to cancel your subscription before completing your treatment plan, the remaining balance for the full plan must be paid in full at the time of cancellation.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]
Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in legal action or referral to a collections agency.

2. Payment & Billing
Subscription payments are processed via card payment on the initial sign-up date and will continue on the same date each month thereafter.
A standard £50 per month will be automatically deducted from your supplied bank account for savings club member's **Daisy & Co will securely hold your funds until you are ready to use them for treatments in the clinic.
It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure their payment details remain up to date.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to reprocess it within 48 hours. After three failed attempts, the subscription will be paused, and appointments may be cancelled until payment is received.
Payments are non-refundable, including in cases where treatments have not been used within the subscription period.

3. Booking & Appointment Management
All appointments must be scheduled using our subscription service booking platform.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, at least 72 hours’ notice is required.
If you fail to provide 72 hours' notice, your session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Missed appointments without prior notice ("no-shows") will count as a completed session.
Subscribers who consistently fail to attend scheduled appointments may have their subscription terminated without a refund.

4. Membership Benefits & Usage
Subscription benefits, including discounted treatments and skincare products, are exclusive to the registered subscriber and non-transferable.
Unused treatments do not roll over to the following month. If you do not book your session within your billing cycle, it will be forfeited.
Daisy & Co Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to update or modify the treatments included in the subscription plan. Subscribers will be notified of any changes in advance.
Additional treatments can be purchased separately at a member-exclusive rate during the subscription term.

5. Termination & Refunds
Daisy & Co Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to terminate a subscription without refund if a subscriber violates these terms, including but not limited to:
Consistent late cancellations or no-shows
Failure to complete payments
Misuse of membership benefits (e.g., sharing discounts with non-members)
No refunds or partial reimbursements will be given for unused treatments, voluntary cancellations, or missed appointments.

6. Liability & Medical Suitability
By enrolling, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical conditions that may affect your suitability for treatments.
Daisy & Co Medical Aesthetics is not liable for any adverse reactions or unsatisfactory results if the subscriber fails to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions.
If, for medical reasons, you become unsuitable for treatment, a hold on your subscription may be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate medical documentation.
